Pease note, by accessing Stacyandson.co.uk and/or placing an order on this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, regardless whether you register with us or not. If you do not agree to these terms, and/or any other terms listed below, then please do not use this website.

1. Introduction

1.1 You will be able to access most of this website without registering your details with us. However, certain areas of this website will only become accessible once you have registered.

1.2 Important: The terms and condtitions listed on this website are subject to change at anytime. You should check this websites terms and conditions before making a purchase, and refer back to these terms and conditions regularly for any changes that may have occured, as they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designed legal notices of terms that will be listed on this website. If you do not agree to any new terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

2. Ordering

2.1 All orders placed on this website will be placed via our online checkout service. At the online chekout, you will be given the chance to view your order, and to make any changes to your order, before proceeding with payment. Once you have completed your order, confirmation of your order will be sent to you detailing what products you have purchased.

2.2 Stacy & Son is deemed to have accepted the order when the order is despatched. Once an order has been despatched, a confirmation email will be sent.

2.3 Once an order has been despatched, a contract of purchase will be made, even if your payment has not been made immediately.

2.4 Please note Stacy & Son also holds the right to refuse orders. We may refuse to accept your order if:

a) Goods are not available

b) We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

c) If there is an error in pricing or product description

d) If you do not meet the eligible criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

2.5 Important: Please also refer to our privacy policy in regards to how the information you provide us is used and protected.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices including VAT will be displayed at the current rate in accordance with the HM Revenue and Customs. We reserve the right to display prices exclusive of VAT, but VAT will be displayed seperately at the online checkout, and will be included in your total price.

3.2 We charge seperately for packing, carriage and insurance. These rates are all dependent on weight and will be calculated at our online checkout service.

3.3 All prices listed on the website are reviewed periodically. The last review was in March 2018.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Here at Stacy & Son, we appreciate in some cases a customer may wish to cancel or return their order. When this is the case, we endeavour to provide hassle free returns for every customer.

Important: Goods that have been used by the customer, or goods that have been specially customised for the customer, will not be eligible for any refund. This is includes all race and event numbers, signs and other printed material that have been customised to a customer's specifications. Please note this provision does not affect your stautory rights.

For UK Customers and the Republic of Ireland

Our returns procedure abides by the UK's Distance Selling Regulation, which is designed to protect consumers when they shop online. 

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order before we despatch your goods, please email us at orders@stacyandson.co.uk so that we can amend your order or issue a full refund.

4.2 If your order has already been despatched, you may cancel your order at anytime as long as it is within 7 working days from when you received your goods.

4.3 To cancel your order and to receive a full refund, please email us at orders@stacyandson.co.uk and return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging. The cost of refunding the goods is down to the customer.

4.4 Once the returned goods are obtained by Stacy & Son, a full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be transferred to you using the same method that you used to pay for your original order. We will endeavour to issue this refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 working days of your cancellation.

4.5 If you receive your goods and they are deemed to be faulty, please return them to us for a full refund.

4.6 Important: You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, Stacy & Son may have a right of action against you for compensation. To return your goods, please send them to: Stacy & Son Ltd, Unit 10 Robert Leonard Industrial Estate, Stock Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS2 5QD.

For International Customers

If you are an international customer, in other words your order is being despatched to an address residing outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland, and you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us in writing at orders@stacyandson.co.uk and return the goods as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging. If you have not contacted us within 7 working days of receiving your order, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. License

5.1 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitations photographs and graphical images) are owned by us, or our licensors. Any use of extracts from this website is strictly prohibited, and will be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions. Anyone in breach of these terms and conditions does not have further permission to access this website and must immediately destroy all downloaded and printed extracts from this website.

5.2 No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website, or in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service, without prior written permission.

5.3 Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

6. Service Access

6.1 While we endeavour to endure this website is available 24 hours a day, this website may become unavailable without notice, for site maintenance and repairs, system failures, or for reasons beyond our control.

6.2 We will not be liable if for any reason this website becomes unavailable for any reason for any period of time.

7. Vistor Conduct

7.1 Other than the personal identifiable information, which is covered under our privacy policy, any material you transmit or post on this website, such as feedback or reviews, will be considered non-confidential and will be non-proprietary. We will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, and incorporate this material, and accompanying data, images, sounds, for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes.

7.2 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material:

c) You do not imply that we are selling any products than our own.

d) You do not miss-represent your relationship with us, nor present any false information about us.

8.2 If any of these therms are breached, Stacy & Son reserves the right to revoke all permissions and to take appropriate action.

9.2 We do not permit you to share your unique registration with any other user.

9.3 You are responsible for your username and password, if you feel these details have been compromised, do not hesitate to contact us and we will issue you with a new username or password.

9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration at our reasonable discretion, or immediatley if you breach any obligation under these terms and conditions.
